Description
Named after the colourful floral patterns that welcome guests at doorsteps across India, these placemats bring that same warmth to your table. Each one is cut and stitched from rescued sari fabric, so the petals around the edge come from genuinely different saris. No two mats are ever quite the same.
Use one under your everyday plate, or let it do double duty as a base for a fruit bowl, a candle or a centrepiece, so the pattern shows around the edges instead of hiding underneath. The bright yellow centre and green leaf shapes anchor the design, while the paisleys, stripes and florals stitched into each mat give it its own personality.
Every mat is handmade in India through Pri Pri's charity partnership, giving pre-loved saris a new life and fair, dignified work to the women who make them.
Care: hand wash with like colours and iron on a low setting to keep the colours and prints looking their best.

The Story Behind Pri Pri
Hi, I'm Priya, founder of Pri Pri. My love for textiles began beside my sari-clad grandmother, a skilled dressmaker who taught me to sew and, more importantly, taught me to value every scrap of fabric rather than waste it. That lesson became the heart of Pri Pri, where reclaimed fabrics and pre loved saris are turned into sustainable, unique pieces for the home.
