Cancellations:
If for any reason you would like to cancel your order before payment, please message me and I can look to cancel the transaction. If payment has been made, and an order is in progress, cancellation is not possible.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders

I would ask all customers to refer to the size guide before placing an order to minimize chances of incorrect fit. Returns are not usually accepted unless faulty.
