Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery


If for any reason you would like to cancel your order before payment, please message me and I can look to cancel the transaction. If payment has been made, and an order is in progress, cancellation is not possible.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

I would ask all customers to refer to the size guide before placing an order to minimize chances of incorrect fit.

Returns are not usually accepted, unless faulty, but I would like all customers to be fully satisfied, so please do contact me if you have any issues.
